There is No Such Thing as a Fair Lease

While most tenants pay attention to a few areas (i.e. term, rental rate), the danger lies in all of that “standard” language that is too often overlooked!  A “standard” lease agreement that is 5 pages can be just as aggressive as a 100 page lease document. Often more so! Don’t get me wrong, a lease is not something to be feared, but understood.
